Regulatory / Supervisory Information

• Data protection supervisory authority: Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (Dutch DPA), or the relevant authority for the Netherlands.
• Irisend is not currently subject to sector-specific licensing for the provision of an email API/SaaS service under Dutch law. If future features (e.g., payment facilitation) trigger licensing requirements, this section will be updated accordingly.

EU/UK Representative (if applicable)

If Irisend has no establishment in the EU or UK but offers the Service to individuals there, it is required under GDPR Art. 27 / UK GDPR Art. 27 to appoint a representative. If Irisend is itself an EU (Dutch) established entity, this section does not apply and can be removed.

Dispute Resolution

Irisend is not obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board and does not currently do so. See our Terms of Service for governing law and jurisdiction.

Liability for Content
